Agile Auckland

In October 2018, Jorn Bettin gave a talk at Agile Auckland entitled "From collective insanity to organisational learning, by caring about the health of feedback loops at all levels of scale".

Jorn's talk emphasised the importance of feedback loops and highlighted all the places where they are needed. It addressed the questions of how, when, and why feedback loops may fail or get corrupted, and explored how feedback loops relate to the creation of learning organisations and the design of better products and services.

The slides for Jorn's presentation can be viewed below (or download them in PDF format):

We invite you to take a corresponding short anonymous survey on organisational learning and creativity based on the material in these slides. We will publish the results once we have enough responses to draw meaningful conclusions.
